Single vehicle crash - Sedan vs. Tree w/ hvy front end, passenger side damage (The vehicle never actually rolled over...just looked like it did.) A bystander dragged the victim from the car w/ thoughts of it being on fire (which it never was...just a lot of smoke from the engine & airbags.) 1 male (approx. early 20's) unconscious w/ shallow respirations - which was air lifted from the scene via Lifestar (lucky there was no passenger.) Also, the engine block was on the ground & front dash was sitting in the passenger seat. I guess you could say...he was 'lucky.'
