10/04 MVA Rollover
Dispatched for a single vehicle rollover w/ the pt reported to be unconscious & still in the vehicle. Crews arrived to find 1 pt semi-conscious w/ traumatic injuries - Lifestar helicopter was request, but remained unavailable due to HVY fog in the area.

10/03 New Extrication Equipment Trial
TNT Rescue vs. HURST Jaws of Life
A full night of extrication to help us decide which manufacture we will upgrade to. The new spec calls for 1 large cutter, 2 medium cutters, 1 large spreader, 2 medium spreaders, a full compliment of rams, new hoses, & new high pressure pumps.

08/15 Hebron Lightening Strike
Hebron FD was dispatched along with Colchester & the Willimantic FAST team for a reported structure fire in a residence after a witnessed lightening strike. First arriving units found a moderate smoke condition in the basement but no active fire. House was metered & mechanically ventilated w/ mutual aid was released shortly there after.

08/11 Structure Fire
Car1 arrived to find hvy smoke in the basement w/ the homeowner reporting her house to be on fire. Engine1 arrived and went to work placing 1 line into operation in the basement, while the truck began primary searches on floor #1. Fire was quickly k/d & search crews removed 2 unconscious cats (which were revived.) 2nd floor primaries were negative - fire was placed under control & is now under investigation by the state FMO.
